### 1. Company Overview
Swftgoja is a registered Jamaican courier and freight forwarding entity headquartered in Westmoreland. We specialize in last-mile delivery and international freight forwarding from prominent global vendors including Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, and TikTok Shop.
Please note: Swftgoja does not own, control, or operate any international shipping lines, airlines, or foreign warehouses. We act solely as a logistics intermediary on behalf of our clients and are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party vendors, customs authorities, or transportation providers.

### 2. Customer Registration & Shipping Instructions
Upon registration, each client receives a unique shipping ID (e.g., SWFT0001), which must be accurately input in Line 2 of your U.S. shipping address.

### 3. Pre-Alert Requirement
All clients are required to pre-alert shipments via WhatsApp or the customer portal prior to the package’s arrival at the U.S. warehouse. Required information includes:
* Customer full name
* Tracking number
* Store name
* Item description
Failure to comply may result in handling delays, misidentification, or added administrative fees.

### 4. Pricing & Payment Terms
* Base rate: J\$700 per pound (calculated based on actual or dimensional weight).
* Accepted payment methods include:
* Cash on Delivery (COD)
* Bank transfer
* Online payment (Coming Soon)
Failure to remit payment upon delivery may result in account suspension and package retention.

### 5. Delivery Timelines
* Shipments arrive in Jamaica up to five times weekly.
* Delivery is completed within 24–72 hours of arrival, subject to customs clearance.
Swftgoja assumes no liability for delays arising from:
* Jamaica Customs inspections
* Third-party vendor or carrier delays
* Force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather)

### 6. Invoice Compliance (Customs Regulations)
In accordance with Jamaican import law, all customers must submit valid invoices for customs processing. Invoices must be:
* Vendor-issued (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress)
* Verifiable
* Inclusive of product description, unit cost, order date, and vendor information
Shipments without proper invoices will not be processed or released.

### 7. Customs Liability and Legal Disclaimer
Swftgoja acts as an agent, not an importer of record. We are not liable for:
* Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
* Confiscation or delay of items by customs
* Incorrect or fraudulent documentation provided by clients
**Fraudulent activity** will result in:
* Immediate service termination
* Confiscation of goods
* Reporting to Jamaica Customs and law enforcement
Clients agree to indemnify Swftgoja against all liabilities resulting from their non-compliance with customs or import laws.

### 8. Prohibited Shipments
Items strictly prohibited include:
* Firearms and ammunition
* Illicit drugs or narcotics
* Hazardous materials
* Perishable items
* Counterfeit or stolen goods
Violation will result in legal action, account termination, and forfeiture of items.

### 9. Damage, Loss, and Claims
Swftgoja assumes liability only after verified receipt at our Jamaican facility.
**Not covered:**
* Vendor shipment errors
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
* Missing shipping IDs
**Claims:**
Must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and include:
* Photographic evidence
* Original invoice
* Written summary of issue
Claims filed after 24 hours will not be processed.

### 10. Storage Policy
* Packages must be claimed within 7 calendar days of notification.
* From day 8, a fee of J$150 is applied every 2 days.
* After 21 days, Swftgoja reserves the right to:
* Dispose of the package
* Return it at client’s expense
* Liquidate contents to recover storage costs
Unpaid storage fees may be deducted from future balances.

### 11. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in limited scenarios:
* Service not rendered due to Swftgoja’s documented error
* Overbilling confirmed through internal audit
Refunds will not be issued for:
* Customs delays or seizures
* Vendor issues
* Client-side omissions (e.g., no invoice or shipping ID)
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days.

### 12. Client Obligations
By using Swftgoja, you agree to:
* Use your shipping code properly
* Submit valid documentation
* Respect our team and processes
* Pay charges in full and on time
* Avoid prohibited shipments

### 13. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
We safeguard client information via encrypted systems and only disclose data:
* To customs or legal entities when required
* To freight or clearance partners strictly for operational reasons
Customer data will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

### 14. Restricted Area Delivery
Deliveries to high-risk zones ("Red Zones") may incur:
* A J\$250–J\$400 surcharge
* Time restrictions (no deliveries past 4:00 PM)
* Meeting at a secure public location (e.g., gas station)
Swftgoja reserves the right to deny, reschedule, or redirect delivery based on security assessments.
